Cowgirl 2 inch Hat Barrette
DESCRIPTION: She's small but cute as a button....This mini cowgirl hat is itsy bitsy at 2." Made from flocked plastic hats, edged with coordinating 1/4" bias tape, and then wrapped with cording in the color of your choice. It's then mounted onto an alligator clip.
