Patriotic 3" Uncle Sam Mini Top Hat

These mini patriotic hats are sized 3".
They are in one of two designs identified as A: Red, White & Blue Striped Ribbon with a white star at the front, and B: a R/W/B ribbon with stars and a white star at the front.
The stars we've put on them can be in the white (standard), blue, red, silver, and gold.

Available in a variety of finishes from alligator clips to headbands.

Choose Barrettes, Hard Headband or Elastic Headband measurement as follows:

• Baby Elastic 16"
• Child Elastic 17"
• Adult Elastic 18"

If you'd like a custom fit we NEED THE FOLLOWING MEASUREMENTS: Head Circumference, from top, to under the chin and back to the top. Please include in the Notes to Seller Section... without them the standard will be shipped and nonrefundable.

When ordering the Hard Headband... please note that the headband will be shipped unattached from the hat and you will need to slide the headband into the slots created on the underside of the hat. The reason we do this is to keep shipping costs down and allow the 2 pieces to ship flatter than if sent as one piece. If you do not want it shipped separately please email us with your order as there will be an increase in shipping costs due to the larger box needed to fit it.

Customers are responsible to get measurements to us with 24 hours to meet any special deadline time requested.

IF ORDERING MULTIPLES PLEASE REQUEST A SHIPPING COST VIA CUSTOM REQUEST ALONG WITH YOUR MAILING ADDRESS...and we will prepare a special invoice for you to combine shipping. Orders of 10+ we will pick-up the shipping costs.

CUSTOMIZATION:

Mouse Ears can be added to almost any of our Mini Hats and Barrettes.

PROPER CARE & INSTRUCTIONS:
Hats are not recommended for the washing machine/dryer. We recommended spot washing and hanging to dry or speak to you professional dry cleaner. To restore any tulle steam with a steamer or iron held under the dress to allow the steam to rise making sure not to touch the iron to the tulle material.
