Our Policy

Informed Customers Are the Best!


We set forth our policies for our customers to read; however, we cannot be responsible for those who choose not to read them. These policies are firm, and by buying from us, you agree to the following:


Workmanship and Returns


We stand behind our workmanship, and we want you to be happy with your order. However, since all items are custom-made to order and according to your specifications, they cannot be returned. Orders requiring measurements but received without measurements or with a request for standard measurements will not be returned.


Damage and Returns


If an order arrives damaged, it is due to shipping or customer error. Damage must be proved and compared to shipping photos. If you wish to return a damaged order, contact us for the return address and shipping information to avoid potential loss of the package.


Payments and Cancellations


Payment is due with your order. Generally, an order goes into production within 6 hours of payment. Full refund cancellations must be within 3 hours of purchase. Once an order is in production, there is a 50% cancellation fee. Once completed or shipped, no refund is possible.


Refunds and Returns Policy

We will not accept returns on hair products or custom-made orders. Refunds are granted upon the return and inspection of the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and returned items must be unopened in the original package within 3 days of receipt.


Other Return Details

  • The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Items purchased with a promotional code are pro-rated to reflect the discount price.
  • If your item was purchased during a free shipping promotion, the standard shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping if items are returned that are not eligible for free returns.

US Shipping Times


All custom orders, including clothing (excluding embroidered t-shirts), costumes, tutus, and made-to-order items, generally ship within 2 weeks. Some large custom orders may take 2-3 weeks, but you will be informed when you place your order or when your order is processed at the latest.


What Services We Use?


We ship via USPS and offer a selection of shipping choices for most items. Generally USPS Ground Service is used. We have upgrades to Priority and Express Mail options. Currently, we only ship orders within the USA. Once the world’s postal systems are fully operational, we may reopen shipping worldwide. If you prefer another shipping provider, we can accommodate you at no extra charge, provided pick-up arrangements are possible. Any additional costs are the customer's responsibility, and shipment will not occur until those costs are collected.


General Shipping Info


We guarantee order completion and processing to stay within the listed shipping times for each item, unless additional materials are required. If this occurs, we will notify you ahead of time. However, we cannot guarantee USPS services; if the item doesn’t arrive on time due to postal delays, it is not refundable, and shipping costs will not be refunded.


Additional Information


All shipping times are extended during our heavy volume season before Halloween (July 15–October 30) without special notice. If ordering multiples, request a shipping cost via custom request, along with your mailing address, and we will prepare a special invoice for combined shipping.


Upgrading Postal Services


Once an order is placed in the hands of the postal carrier, we cannot be held responsible for their services. While we will fight any lack of services on your behalf, we cannot issue refunds unless they are issued to us first.


Alternate Shipping Services


We will process via other shipping preferences if the customer takes on any additional charges, and those carriers are available to pick up from our shop location.


Shipping Locations


We only ship to verified locations. If you wish for a refund for any reason, we need the product first. We do not return shipping costs, as we do not inflate those costs.


Shipping Insurance


An insurance option is available for purchase during checkout and is required on packages of $100 and over. If the tracking number shows USPS, UPS, or FedEx have received and processed the package, we can no longer take responsibility if it does not have insurance.


International Shipping Times


International orders are produced according to regular scheduling times, with an additional shipping time of 7-14 business days.


Customs


If your country requires packages to be processed upon arrival, we cannot tell you how long that will take. It is up to your government. Call your country's customs office for information. Any taxes or fees required by your Customs Dept. are the buyer's responsibility. If your package is returned for non-payment of Customs Fees, we will NOT refund any money. If you want it re-shipped, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
